Authors
Julianti Samsudin is a senior lecturer of Marketing at Polytechnic Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah, Shah Alam, Selangor. With a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Universiti Putra Malaysia, BBA (Hons) in Marketing from University Teknologi MARA and Diploma in Business Studies from University Teknologi MARA also Diploma in Education from Maktab Perguruan Batu Pahat. She has been teaching over past 20 years and 2 years of industry experience in Sales and Marketing.
Lilis Seri Yana Sirun is a senior lecturer of Marketing at Polytechnic Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah, Shah Alam, Selangor. With a Master of Education from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, BBA (Hons) in Marketing from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and Certification in Business Studies from Politeknik Ungku Omar. She has been teaching over past 21 years and 1 years of industry experience in Banking.
Umi Kalthom Abdullah is a senior lecturer in Marketing. From 2000-2021 taught Marketing at Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Polytechnic, Shah Alam, Selangor, and now teaches at Port Dickson Polytechnic, Negeri Sembilan. Has a Master's Degree in Education from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, a BBA (Hons) in Marketing from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, and a Diploma in Business Studies from Mara Institute of Technology, Segamat, Johor. She has been teaching for over 21 years and has 3 years of industry working experience as a Sales Coordinator and Personnel officer.
